4. Refund Policy
- Because our services involve custom research, digital deliverables, and labor time, all sales are generally final once work has commenced.
- Refunds may be issued only if no work has started or if we are unable to deliver the promised service.
- In case of technical or billing errors (e.g., duplicate payment), a full refund will be processed through PayPal.
